Are you ready for adventure??? We want you join our team!! We are looking for bartenders, servers and barbacks to bring the vibes of Palm Springs to Dublin, OH. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service and experience and are not afraid to bring your creatively to work. Your role will be vital in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage cash handling efficiently, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Assist with small food menu and lite bites as needed, ensuring timely service and quality presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
- Must possess a valid food safety certification or be willing to obtain one.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $5.35 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
