Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and communicative Product Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping new customers successfully implement the Covr platform, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience and are equipped to leverage our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the implementation process, ensuring they are set up for success with Covr’s platform.
- Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for customers, providing them with the knowledge and tools to effectively use our software.
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, addressing questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader Customer Success team and other departments to ensure a seamless transition for customers from sales to implementation.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback during and after the implementation process to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product enhancements.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and implementation progress to ensure a streamlined process.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, Bachelor or Associate's degree preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with workforce management or healthcare software is a plus, but not required.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Salary : $21 - $26
