Production Scheduler

Job Overview:

Cowan Roofing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team. Work 6:00am-2:30pm M-F. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our clients throughout their roofing projects. This position involves managing client communications, scheduling projects, and handling administrative tasks related to contracts and warranties.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication: Maintain consistent contact with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Contract Management: Prepare and send contracts to clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and signed in a timely manner.

3. Project Scheduling: Coordinate with the project management team to schedule roofing projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion.

4. Job Packet Preparation: Prepare daily job packets for installation teams, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are included.

5. Warranty Registration: Register warranties for completed projects and ensure clients receive all relevant documentation and information.

6. Project Closeouts: Manage the closeout process for projects, ensuring all final paperwork is completed and delivered to clients.

7. Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving any client issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and documentation in the company database.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
