- Valid and active State of Oklahoma Professional Engineer license
- Degree from an ABET-accredited university
- 5 years of design experience for transportation and bridge projects
- Proven record of delivering superior project management and client service
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, MS Office and Bentley products
