Job Description

Cowan Engineering Group (CGE) is seeking an experienced CAD Technician with Autodesk Civil 3D or ESRI ArcGIS experience to assist our Land Survey team with the compilation and analysis of GIS data. 

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and communicate with project managers, field crews and clients
• Build 3D surface models
• Write legal descriptions
• Prepare exhibits and sketches
• Research and review legal descriptions and title information
• Reading and interpreting maps and other GIS data
• Draw maps using automated software
• Perform a variety of land survey drafting and mapping operations utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D

Job Requirements
