What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Cowbell Burger and Whiskey Bar?
Cowbell Burger and Whiskey Bar is looking to add a hard-working, dedicated line cook to join our growing team!
As a line cook, you will have the opportunity to learn every station (fry, grill, expo) to become a successful part of our kitchen team. Although all of our staff starts by learning to execute the fry station, we offer training programs for each station to give you the opportunity to grow. While the front of the house staff are the drivers on the journey, the kitchen staff is equivalent to the mechanics of a well-oiled machine.
On all stations, you will be expected to:
- Prepare all food in a timely, sanitary manner.
- Proper plate presentations
- Track and report food waste
- Handle, store and rotate product
