Job Responsibilities
Host：
- Warmly welcome every guest and provide a great first impression.
- Record and manage restaurant reservations, arrange seating reasonably, and maximize table turnover.
- Guide guests to their seats and provide menus or service introductions.
- Answer guests' questions promptly and handle simple complaints or requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience Preferred: Prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, but we also welcome newcomers with a passion for hospitality;
- Team Player: Responsible, cooperative, and a strong sense of teamwork;
- Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude;
- Communication Skills: Proficient in basic English communication; additional language skills are a bonus.
