What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridal Stylist and Operations Assistant position at Cowboy Bride?
We are looking for a Bridal stylist and Operations assistant for our Luxury Bridal Store. This is a part-time job. Saturdays required (20 hours a week). This job includes assisting guests that come into the store with refreshments, putting away gowns, helping create special orders, taking measurements, checking inventory, and styling brides for their big wedding day. This is a fun and fast paced job where you get to be a part of a bride's big moment in saying YES to her dream dress.
Hours include: Friday and Saturdays 9:30-6 PM to start and possibly some hours during the week 1:30-6 PM.
Roles & Responsibilities:
This candidate MUST be a people person with strong customers service skills. Must be able to communicate our luxury brand messaging for our store in order to portray the value of our products and gowns as our gowns are range from ($4,000-$13,000).
Must be able to multi-task and take on multiple responsibilities through out your shift from greeting guests and anticipating their needs to assisting brides with gown try-ons and selling. Must be a fast-paced learner, and be able to learn different fabric types, gown silhouettes, and designs. Must be able to quickly learn our store operations and point of sale system (BridalLive). Must have great attention to detail and quickly learn customizations and styling options along with measurements and lead times for each designer that we carry in store. Must be able to ask questions, take notes, and guide brides through the process of finding their dream gown!
