As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll help drive our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution, top-tier quality, and client satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in fostering a culture of trust, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
- Submitting drawings and permit sets for construction projects to various counties
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure goals are met.
- Collaborating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to address challenges proactively.
- Communicating transparently with stakeholders, sharing progress and insights.
- Leveraging freedom to make impactful decisions aligned with company values.
- Embracing a continuous feedback loop to refine processes and deliverables.
