We are professional and agile transportation and rental company, that provides non turnkey solutions for Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Companies in their non-hazardous wasted disposal needs.
We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and help coordinate our transportation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the progress of vehicles, scheduling trips, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, and an understanding of customer service principles. Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry is a plus.
Sunday - Thursday 6AM-6PM Wednesday 6AM-12PM or Wednesday 12PM-6PM Thursday-Saturday 6AM-6PM
Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others to coordinate and come up with real time solutions for our clients and customers.
- Strong knowledge of computers and computer programs for scheduling and other dispatching duties.
- Ability to multitask with different and sometimes conflicting events happening at the same time
- Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
- Scheduling and dispatching drivers, vehicles, and equipment to appropriate locations according to customer requests or immediate needs.
- Relaying information such as work orders, directions or other information to drivers.
- Keeping and organizing customer requests, completed work orders, container inventories.
- Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and Google Maps
- Weighmaster certificate a plus
