Responsibilities

- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining product displays to ensure a well-organized shopping environment.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting.
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
