Cowboy Party Rentals Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Job Qualifications:

• Must be hard-working, committed to safety & detail oriented
• Capable of working well both independently and within a team
• Must be able to communicate well with customers and other team members
• Must be willing and able to engage in physically demanding tasks (We make every effort to give employees lots of tools to make the job easier, but the fact remains that this can be a physical job)
• In addition to weekday shifts, prospective employees must be open to working weekends and weekend nights. We are willing to schedule around college classes but availability must be communicated
• Prior experience driving a truck/trailer and/or box truck is preferred but not required- we can train the right person
• Clean background check
• Clean driving record required to advance from assistant to higher-paid driver position

We are a family-owned business, based in Mansfield. Cowboy Party Rentals is one of DFW's largest providers of party and event rental equipment. We provide communities all over DFW with everything from bounce houses, to water slides, obstacle courses, LED games, dance floors, tents, tables and chairs, and much more! We have been established for almost a decade and have seen consistent growth year over year. We've scaled from a small operation that didn't even have a warehouse to a multimillion-dollar e-commerce driven business. Our goal is to create a stress-free experience and incredible memories for each customer we serve, as well as establish a group of winners on our team that are looking to grow in their personal and professional lives.

Nature of the Work:

All employees are cross-trained in both warehouse and delivery functions, so one day you might be delivering and setting up bounce houses for multiple residential orders, the next day you could be running the rock climbing wall at a city event, and the next day you could be working back at the warehouse, helping clean and maintain our inventory and get trucks prepped for delivery. Delivery of rental products by box truck or truck/trailer (will train).

Schedule:

Our client events drive our scheduling. In addition to weekday shifts, prospective employees must be open to working weekends and weekend nights. We are willing to work around college classes as well.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
