Located in University Village Colorado, Cowboy Star Restaurant and Butcher Shop is looking for hospitality professionals. Our exceptional food and service is complemented by the outstanding individuals on our team. Therefore, we require the following in considering applicants:
-minimum 2 years' experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred but not required
-willingness and ability to work well in a team environment
-base knowledge of food and wine with a desire to continue to grow your expertise in your field is a plus!
