Job Summary
We are seeking a Bartender to be responsible for making alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages by following recipes and delivering high-quality food and drinks in a clean and friendly environment. The Bartender will also be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the service standards of Cowboy Town.
What you have
- Bartending experience in high volume bar or restaurant
- Knowledge of cocktail crafting and mixology fundamentals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to adapt to technology, e.g., tablets, and POS
- Experience working as a team
- Ability to work quickly in a clean and organized manner
What you’ll do
- Serve guests while following steps of service, preparing cocktails, pouring beer and wine
- Maintain knowledge of current menu and beverage options, and making recommendations to customers based on preferences
- Collect and process payment for food and beverages served, making sure to follow proper cash handling procedures
- Prep and stock bar to ensure successful bar service
- Food running to serve bar and bar area guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area and coolers, and equipment
- Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned
Physical Demand
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend
- Ability to lift, pull 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work long hours as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
