Residential and Commercial Heating Technician

Job Description: Heating Technician

Duties:

· Perform heating repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.

· Install, repair, and maintain heating systems, including pipes, boilers, and furnaces.

· Diagnose heating issues and provide appropriate solutions.

· Conduct inspections to identify potential heating problems.

· Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

· Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and regulations.

· Maintain accurate records of work performed.

· Maintaining a clean, organized and stocked service vehicle

· Preforming regular vehicle safety and maintenance inspections

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a Heating Technician or in a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of heating systems and equipment repair.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Natural gas heating experience.

Compensation:

Pay depends on experience and licenses.

Pay: From $20-40 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
