The Facility Worker performs daily facility operations responsibilities to assist the Facility Manager and professional staff members such as, cleaning and repair of facilities, buildings, and equipment, and complete facility walkthrough and inspections as requested by facilities manager or other management staff. Complies with federal grant, ADA, OSHA, and local building codes. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with staff and clients.
Hourly Rate: $19.50-$21.00 Per Hour DOE
Shift: Monday Through Friday, 8 hours per day - 1.0 FTE

DESIRED EDUCATION:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous/related experience.
- Knowledge of ADA, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
- A valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Must maintain all certifications necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work with a low-income, multi-ethnic patient population and a demonstrated ability to relate respectfully and effectively to people of diverse racial, educational and socio-economic backgrounds.
- Must be a confident, self-directed individual who can work within a team as well as independently
- Strong communication, organization, documentation and record keeping skills necessary.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, often exceeding 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching essentially requiring good stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive movements throughout a shift.
- Involves manual tasks like cleaning, maintenance, and moving equipment throughout a facility.
- Occasional need to climb ladders or stairs to access high areas.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Fine motor skills for tasks like operating tools and equipment.
- Good vision to identify potential hazards and perform tasks accurately.
- Ability to hear instructions and safety warnings.
