About the Role :
As our CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Specialist, you’ll be the mastermind behind creating accurate CNC programs and ensuring seamless manufacturing processes. Reporting to our Cell / Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving efficiency, solving machining mysteries, and optimizing workflows in our top-notch facility.
What You’ll Do :
- Program Like a Pro : Create accurate CNC programs that support our cell manufacturing techniques and standards. Help troubleshoot machining issues and share your expert advice.
- Plan for Success : Design manufacturing processes for high-rate production, prepare work instructions, and define tooling specifications. Efficiency is your middle name!
- Tool Up : Determine the parts and tools needed to hit manufacturing goals while meeting product specifications.
- Customer Champion : Work directly with customers to resolve production concerns and keep schedules running smoothly.
- Innovate & Analyze : Assist with technical proposals for new business, perform make vs buy analyses, and help management make data-driven decisions.
