Director of System Design - Newington NH
As the Director of System Design, you will lead a team of Engineers who prepare Technical Solution in response to Customers' Requests (RFQs, ITTs, BEs). You will ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals are attained at each client engagement, and develop long and short-term plans and goals for the organization.
Qualifications
- M.S. Degree in Engineering or closely related field required.
- Experience with long haul terrestrial or submarine optical fiber communication systems.
- At least 10 years' experience in R&D of optical communication systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred
- Relocation will be provided
