About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Director to join our team at CoWorx Staffing Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and implementing strategies to optimize equipment performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement TPM practices to improve OEE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Develop training programs for maintenance staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead regular meetings and maintain accurate records of facility equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD LT, and engineering drawings.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate various equipment.
