Tool & Die Maker

Salary Range : $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Coworx Staffing Services is hiring a Tool & Die Maker for our client in Bloomfield, CT!
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to build, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed progressive dies and / or molds. The ideal candidate will have strong metalworking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate metalworking tools, including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes.
- Repair, maintain, debug, and troubleshoot dies, molds, and related machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, part prints, and geometric tolerances.
- Utilize inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, comparators, etc.) to ensure product quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace .
- Train and mentor tool room apprentices.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
