About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Release Train Engineer to join our team at Cox Automotive. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving program-level continuous improvement and navigating complex Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large and complex ARTs to success by managing risk, ensuring value delivery, and driving continuous improvement.
- Facilitate ceremonies and work management for the Release Train Team and associated delivery teams.
- Coordinate release planning, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Actively manage backlogs and ALM tool data integrity for accurate reporting.
- Resolve issues, manage dependencies, and risks across ARTs, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
