Business Services Specialist II (Manheim)

This position works with the Office Supervisor / Manager supporting the general office function of the Auction, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all sales paperwork and documents, and assists customers with problems that may arise in the sales process.

What You'll Do :

Daily Deposits and print all seller payments.

Receive and distribute all incoming mail.

Process, work up, and mail out titles.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any problems that may occur in the sales process.

Provide accurate and friendly service to dealers and interact with other departments as necessary to resolve customer problems.

Monitor DMV laws, stay up-to-date on new regulations and ensure conformity with DMV regulations.

Assist with resolving title issues.

Maintain and communicate inventory and ordering of office supplies.

May help with other duties, assist vendors, and answer questions regarding procedures and services, etc.

Set an example in behavior, championing Cox / Manheim values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect.

Follow company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.

Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.

Work in cooperation and support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Who You Are :

A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of related work experience (automotive or , or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Strong communication and interaction skills required.

Good computer and software knowledge, including AS400 essential.

Must be well-organized, thorough, and attentive to details.

Must be a self-starter able to work problems through to successful completion.

Must be team-oriented, pleasant, and professional. Must be willing to work closely with others, often under tight time constraints.

Working knowledge of multi-state title & DMV requirements.

Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and depth perception.

MCCOX

USD 17.79 - 26.63 per hour

Compensation :

Hourly base pay rate is $17.79 - $26.63 / hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and / or an incentive program.

Benefits :

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
