About the Role:
You will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our customers' needs by participating in user research activities, including persona development, heuristic evaluation, and usability reviews. You will also assess existing information architecture, content, and design on an ongoing basis to identify experience gaps and contradictions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of experience in a related field or a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design methods, techniques, and principles.
- Experience working with teams on large-scale, long-term projects and group facilitation.
- Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Axure, Figma, and Microsoft Office applications.
