Job Summary: We are seeking a Master-Level Technician to assume the role of Shop Foreman. The ideal candidate will lead our team of technicians, oversee daily shop operations, and ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Train and mentor technicians, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Technical Support: Assist with complex diagnostics, challenging repairs, and addressing comebacks to ensure quality outcomes.
• Work Allocation: Efficiently dispatch repair orders to technicians, balancing workload and shop capacity.
• Customer Interaction: Conduct road tests with customers to accurately diagnose issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Operational Oversight: Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment, upholding company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Master-Level Automotive Technician, preferably with General Motors (GM) vehicles.
• Certifications: ASE Master Technician certification is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in automotive diagnostics, repair techniques, and the use of advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.

• Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
