About the Job
You'll be responsible for creating and modifying design systems, establishing interaction rules, and evangelizing UX principles. You'll work closely with other UX organizations and technical teams to ensure a cohesive user experience across our digital platforms.
Your Key Tasks
- Create user experience documentation, including storyboards, user scenarios/tasks/flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Assess existing information architecture, content, and design to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across our products.
- Analyze web analytics to inform UX design decisions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to determine data accessibility and understand technology constraints/advantages.
