About the Role
Fleet Services by Cox Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Warehouse Operations to oversee parts warehousing and final mile logistics. This role will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service levels for availability, delivery time, and quality across internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, in-depth knowledge of the Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty vehicles and trailer parts business, and experience in leadership roles.
Main Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Warehouse Operations: Deliver the right part to the right technician at the right time at low cost
- Shipping & Receiving: Ensure deliveries can be made in a timely manner
- Delivery Processes: Develop processes that enable operational efficiency and customer performance
- Inventory Management: Allocate materials across local fulfillment and retail locations
- Troubleshooting: Address issues elevated by the Fulfillment and Transportation Operations teams for resolution
