Job Description
The Manager, Warehouse Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles, strong management skills, and in-depth knowledge of the Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty vehicles and trailer parts business.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Manage distribution / fulfillment functions to meet/exceed customer service, cost, and efficiency expectations
- Team Leadership: Manage Fulfillment and Transportation Operations team members, including setting goals and providing feedback
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure full Safety and OSHA rules are in place and followed in accordance with company goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service and communication capabilities with key stakeholders
- Leadership skills, including coaching and providing feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
