Your Role

In this position, you'll focus on acquiring new accounts, as well as developing existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Identifying new prospects in your assigned territory.
  • Gathering information to prepare for sales meetings.
  • Maintaining sales growth plans.
  • Engaging potential customers to discuss mutual goals.
  • Meeting with prospects to assess their business needs.
  • Working collaboratively with sales support and service teams.
  • Presenting solutions to decision-makers.
  • Negotiating services, products, and pricing.
  • Who You Are

    Your ability to listen actively and your negotiation skills are essential. Additionally, you have :

  • 8 years of experience in a related field, or
  • A BS / BA degree with 4 years of related experience, or
  • A MS / MA degree with 2 years of related experience, or
  • A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows-based PCs, and CRM tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in B2B outside sales with quotas.
  • Sales experience in telecommunications or related technologies.
  • Expertise in field sales, pipeline development, and lead generation.

    Compensation ranges from USD 52,300.00 to 78,500.00 annually, with a potential commission target of USD 62,800.00 based on performance.
