What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist position at Cox Communications?
Cox Communications is a leading provider of managed network solutions in the hospitality industry. As a Senior Security Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in enhancing our compliance programs by implementing security controls, driving compliance initiatives, and scaling our cybersecurity program.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will collaborate across teams to ensure security controls are implemented, maintained, and aligned with corporate standards. This includes overseeing and enhancing compliance efforts for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other requirements, including routine control testing.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent. A professional background in services audit or consulting is highly desirable. You will be able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as a team player.
