\Key Responsibilities:
\- Deliver exceptional customer service by installing, disconnecting, and troubleshooting video, high-speed internet, telephony, and automation services.
- Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently between office or home, warehouse, and work sites.
- Monitor Cox's work enablement system for changes to work schedules and assignments.
- Collaborate with the CommCenter for onsite support and/or routing assistance.
- Interact with customers, educating them about services and products.
- Work under supervision, consulting with supervisors and other technicians as needed.
- Meet quality standards by ensuring services meet or exceed industry and company performance standards.
- Participate in team meetings and attend job-related training.
- Work with various tools and equipment, including alarms, low voltage electricity, and color-coded wires.
Requirements:
