If you are passionate about cloud technology and building strategic partnerships, we want you to join our cloud managed services sales team as a Regional Partnerships Manager. In this dynamic role, you will be pivotal in enabling our Cox Business (CB) sellers and engineers to effectively sell and deliver RapidScale's cloud services to their end customers. Also, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide the necessary sales support, marketing resources, and technical guidance to our CB partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Channel Management : Build and maintain relationships with Cox Business sellers and sales leadership within your territory.
- Partner Strategy : Develop a strategic partner ecosystem, utilizing tools like partner heatmaps to optimize focus on high-potential relationships.
- Recruitment : Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that align with RapidScale's vision.
- Sales Enablement : Equip partners with essential resources for success, including training, co-marketing efforts, and technical support.
- Engagement & Collaboration : Initiate and lead efforts to enhance partner engagement and collaboration, promoting RapidScale's value proposition.
- Performance Monitoring : Track sales metrics, conduct regular reviews with partners, and identify improvement areas to achieve growth targets.
- Go-To-Market Planning : Execute joint sales strategies with top-performing partners, establishing clear success metrics.
- Event Representation : Represent RapidScale at regional and national events, increasing brand visibility and strengthening partnerships.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide seamless partner support.

Compensation for this position ranges from $111,000.00 to $166,600.00 annually, with an additional annual incentive / commission target of $90,000.00. This role is eligible for various benefits, including paid vacation, holidays, and wellness time.
