\Job Responsibilities:
\- Perform installations, disconnects, and repairs of video, high-speed internet, telephony, and automation services.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently between office or home, warehouse, and work sites.
- Utilize Cox's work enablement system to monitor changes to work schedules and assignments.
- Collaborate with the CommCenter for onsite support and/or routing assistance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers about services and products.
- Work under supervision, consulting with supervisors and other technicians as needed.
- Meet quality standards by ensuring services meet or exceed industry and company performance standards.
- Participate in team meetings and attend job-related training.
- Work with various tools and equipment, including alarms, low voltage electricity, and color-coded wires.
