What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Business Analyst position at Cox Communications?
The Senior Business Analyst is an experienced and proven data professional with development, systems, and problem-solving skills to drive actionable insights at scale. The primary role is to analyze, design, build, and maintain reporting in support of CB Carrier.
What You'll Do
- Independently develop and maintain reporting / dashboards to support internal and external CB Carrier customer needs. (Scorecard, QBR, Internal Interval reports, KPI, Sales Forecasts, etc.)
- Perform end to end data validation to maintain the accuracy of data sets
- Lead discussions with internal and external CB Carrier business partners to identify functional requirements
- Translate business logic from one system (Excel, SQL, etc) into SQL in a quick and accurate manner
- Understand the existing source system data models.
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis in support to CB Carrier business functions
- Prepare documentation, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings to a variety of audiences such as CB Carrier customers and leadership.
- Support CB Carrier platforms by collaborating with Technology, and business partners to drive requirements and improvements.

Compensation :
Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
