Compensation includes a base salary of $192,800.00 - $321,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Job Description
The Senior Principal Data Architect will play a pivotal role in driving data platform strategy, design, and implementation at Cox Enterprises, with a primary focus on leveraging Microsoft Fabric and the Azure ecosystem. This role will help shape the organization's data maturity and strategy, emphasizing the development of core data domains and the integration of AI / ML capabilities enabled by robust data platforms.
The architect will balance hands-on technical expertise with thought leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that meet enterprise goals. Expertise in Data Governance principles, Informatica platforms for data governance and integration, and advanced data architecture practices will be essential.
Platform Strategy and Design
- Define and lead the strategic direction for data platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and business outcomes.
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions using Azure technologies, including Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop data governance frameworks and implement best practices in collaboration with business and technical leaders.
