Security & Compliance Senior Analyst
You'll play a key role in enhancing our compliance programs at Blueprint RF, a leading managed network solutions provider in the hospitality industry and part of the Cox family of businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to implement security controls, drive compliance initiatives, and scale our cybersecurity program.
- Act as the compliance liaison between business, engineering, and sales.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security controls are implemented, maintained, and aligned with corporate standards.
- Oversee and enhance compliance efforts for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other requirements.
- Clearly communicate compliance updates, risks, timelines, and remediation progress to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field.
- Or PhD and 1 year of experience; or 8 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as a team player.
- Understanding of security engineering principles.
- Professional background in services audit or consulting.
