We are looking for a highly motivated Sr Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, optimize data infrastructure, and support analytics on our Atlanta team. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. This role will be instrumental in setting up a scalable data infrastructure to support future AI and machine learning capabilities, enabling advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions :
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Provide expertise in designing and maintaining relational databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Support query performance optimization, indexing strategies, and data partitioning for efficiency in large-scale data processing.
- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and integration across multiple sources.
- Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
- Enable AI / ML capabilities by ensuring clean, high-quality data pipelines that support machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Drive innovation in data engineering by researching and implementing new technologies, tools, and best practices.

Compensation :
Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits :
