The Cox Enterprises Intelligent Automation (IA) & AI Solutions team is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to drive innovation and efficiency through intelligent automation. In this role, you'll manage complex systems, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with a talented team to support and enhance our Intelligent Automation platforms. This is an Atlanta-based role and candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid work setting with a few days per week in the office.
Job Responsibilities :
Systems Administration & Infrastructure Support :
- Provide end-to-end support for Enterprise Intelligent Automation platforms, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Administer UiPath Orchestrator and manage user access, licenses, and permissions for UiPath, Celonis, and other Intelligent Automation owned platforms.
- Handle automation credential management tasks including creation, access requests, and issue resolution.
- Manage the full lifecycle of virtual machines, including creation, updates, patching, and decommissioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues such as network, VM, access, and firewall challenges.
- Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement capacity upgrades to support growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to address and resolve infrastructure-related challenges.
