Position: Manufacturing Business Analyst
Type: Contract

Responsibilities
- Orchestrate manufacturing application projects and corresponding strategies between business units and development teams.
- Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing systems and software throughout the manufacturing enterprise.
- Ensure that projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
- Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate manufacturing integration projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of newly integrated software programs and applications.
- Lead the testing phase of software and applications under development in order to identify and remedy potential problem areas.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science, computer engineering, or Industrial Technology
- 5 years direct experience in enterprise-level manufacturing application integration.
- Experience with components of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and operation
- Experience with integrating shop floor systems with ERP data systems
- Proven experience in developing enterprise and solution level architectural designs.
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
- Knowledge of relational database design and management techniques.
- Good project management skills and substantial exposure to project-based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
