Job Title : Sales Assistant - WSB TV
Position Overview
WSB-TV is looking a full-time National / Local Sales Assistant to support our sales team and national sales offices. In this position you will need to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter TV sales orders into our internal operating system while meeting strict deadlines.
- Maintain schedules and paperwork.
- Process makegoods in internal and external order management systems and confirm approvals.
- Send Late Run notifications withing 24 hours, allowing client time to re-spend money if past cut-off.
- Resolve any advertiser schedule discrepancies.
- Assist local sales account executives and sales managers with important tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Work with Programming Director on sales inventory maintenance.
- Provide Pre-Log and Post Log times.
- Prepare post campaign reports
