Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Enter TV sales orders into our internal operating system while meeting strict deadlines.
- Maintain schedules and paperwork.
- Process makegoods in internal and external order management systems and confirm approvals.
- Send Late Run notifications withing 24 hours, allowing client time to re-spend money if past cut-off.
- Resolve any advertiser schedule discrepancies.
- Assist local sales account executives and sales managers with important tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Work with Programming Director on sales inventory maintenance.
- Provide Pre-Log and Post Log times.
- Prepare post campaign reports
- A professional and positive attitude
- Highly organized and possess the ability to switch focus quickly when needed and work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Accurate computer data entry skill and ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, able to act with a sense of urgency and adhere to set deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in highly collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills providing quick response time and accurate issue resolution.
- Results-driven and highly accountable.
- Self-directed, motivated, and with exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- College degree preferred but not required.
