Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Job Title : RN Specialty : Cardiac Telemetry Job Description : The Cardiology Nurse is responsible for managing the care of the adult or geriatric patient experiencing acute, chronic, and / or terminal cardiovascular diseases, comorbid medical conditions, and associated procedures. The nurse must be able to assess patient condition, administer medications and monitor patient response, monitor and interpret telemetry, and provide patients and families with support and education. Job Requirements 2 years experience in specialty Previous travel experience preferred Strong background in cardiac telemetry required Schedule Information Shift : 3x12 hour shifts - DAYS, 7a-7p Weekends and holidays as needed No Blocked Scheduling Unit Specific Information RN may also be assigned to work med / surg COVID area, if needed Additional Details CoxHealth is currently requiring the flu vaccine, please ensure your traveler is willing to obtain if offered prior to submitting Must live at least 100 miles away from the facility to which they are applying If previously employed by CoxHealth, must have been gone for at least 2 years
