Overview:
Cox Automotive is searching for a talented remote Business Process Analyst - Compensation Documentation! We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and document all operational processes related to compensation and commissions. This role requires creating comprehensive technical documentation and process manuals to ensure seamless operations, especially during employee absences.

This is a 8-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Business Process Analyst - Compensation Documentation:
  • Document and maintain operational processes for compensation and commissions.
  • Develop technical manuals and guides for team use.
  • Collaborate with teams to ask the right questions and gather process details.
  • Ensure clear documentation of workflows for handoff during leaves of absence.
  • Leverage strong Excel skills to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Utilize and manage commission software systems.
  • Support financial or commission-related tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications of the Business Process Analyst - Compensation Documentation:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Expereince in finance or commissions management.
  • Proficiency in technical writing and process documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Ability to work independently, ask insightful questions, and ensure process clarity.
  • Familiarity with commission software is preferred.
