Project Manager - Budgeting (2024-8480)

• $30 - $38 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Cox Automotive is searching for a talented Project Manager - Budgeting in Atlanta, GA! The Project Manager - Budgeting will help the Retail Marketing Operations team manage our expenses, comply with internal budgetary requirements, and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across several teams. This is a contract role. In this role you will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources, timely project completion, and adherence to budgetary constraints.

This is a 5-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

• Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA; candidates will need to report onsite every Wednesday (subject to change)
• This role will also required travel to another office locations, roughly twice per year

Responsibilities of the Project Manager - Budgeting:

• Maintain the Retail Marketing Operations budget in collaboration with stakeholders and in accordance to approved budget.
• Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Prepare and provide regular updates on budget performance and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders promptly and professionally.

Qualifications of the Project Manager - Budgeting:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of 3 years working in a B2B project management environment.
• Strong knowledge and applicable experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience in budget management and project coordination.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related technologies.
• Experience with B2B marketing a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
