Responsibilities - Sales Associate :

Help customers select and purchase a Motorcycle that meets their needs
Explain and demonstrate features on test drives
Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience

Qualification - Sales Associate :

Sales Experience is preferred (not required)

Motorcycle endorsement is preferred (not required)

Self-motivated - We look for personality, tenacity, reliability, and coachability

Great customer service and communication skills

Basic computer and social media skills

A positive attitude and professional appearance

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Can lift 50 lbs. and comfortable learning to move heavy weight Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
