Do you have Retail Sales and / or Motorcycle Experience? , NC is Booming with Business and needs to hire Retail Sales Associates to sell a huge selection of general Harley-Davidson merchandise and clothing including riding gear, apparel, home accessories, and more. Retail sales experience and Saturday availability is required. Duties include but are not limited to :

  • Proactively engage customers and sell Harley-Davidson merchandise including riding gear, apparel, home accessories, etc., suggest special promotions, ask for the sale, overcome objections, and more!
  • Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals
  • Ensure merchandise displays are appealing, stocked, and clean
  • Stock displays
  • Assist customers with merchandise returns
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications - Retail Sales Associate :

  • Retail sales experience and Saturday availability is required
  • Friendly, positive and honest with good sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated to succeed
  • Good computer and organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Cashier experience
  • Passion for motorcycles & adventurous outdoor activities is a plus!
