This role is remote after two weeks of onsite training at our office in Minneapolis, MN. This position pays $20.77 per hour, with monthly performance-based bonuses.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Utilize multiple systems efficiently while maintaining professional communication.
- Serve as a liaison between carriers and DLS, resolving questions quickly.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer shipping trends, vendors, and carriers.
- Negotiate profitable rates with carriers while ensuring service quality.
- Accurately enter shipment details into the system.
- Quickly assess shipment details and determine the best course of action.
- Keep carriers informed on process expectations from start to finish.
- Consistently follow up on shipment status to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records in our system.
- Use problem-solving skills and attention to detail to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
