Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for applications and platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite , WebCenter, BI, Vertex, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Solve complex problems and develop proof of concepts to validate ideas and technologies.
- Partner with development and operations teams along with vendors to provide support and maintenance for applications, platforms, and environments across the portfolio.
- Participate in the planning and execution of platform patching and validations.
- Implement platform automation by writing scripts and integrating toolsets.
- Provide accurate metrics and status on application and platform performance.
- Identify and prioritize operational and platform improvement opportunities.
- Plans for and implements backup and recovery for all relevant applications.
- Develops, updates, and maintains database manuals, documentation, policies and procedures for installing, configuring, maintaining and using database systems and technologies.
- Work with infrastructure, network, storage and application teams to ensure business applications are highly available and performing within agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure teams to adhere to best practices and security standards.
- Mentor and coach other database administrators.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Compensation :
Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
