Cox Enterprises is looking for a talented Senior Software Test Engineer to join our software quality assurance team.
In this role, the Senior Software Test Engineer will conduct testing activities in an Agile team / environment supporting Workday HCM application across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate has a strong functional background with an understanding of Workday HCM application.
What You'll Do : Collaborate
- Partner with analysts, customers, and developers to gain an understanding of functional requirements and business processes.
- Proactively influence design reviews by sharing subject matter expertise and highlighting risks.
- Identify and prioritize high value test cases.
- Partner with Quality Engineering team on manual and automation testing strategy / standards and the build-out of automation test scripts.

Compensation :
Compensation includes a base salary of $90,100.00 - $150,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
