Job Summary

The Analyst is responsible for the daily activities related to collecting, storing, analyzing, and reporting data to support the department. Works with leadership to ensure that all software systems are running properly. This position supports the department in completing all required department reporting, completes departmental reporting, and manages all other reporting. This position will also aid the department and organization by creating informative reports, monitoring statistical performance measures, and making recommendations on ways to improve as an organization.

Required: High School diplomaPreferred: Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare Related Field or Analytic Field

Required: 2 years’ experience with computer systems, program management, or statisticsPreferred: Healthcare or Contact Center Analyst experience
