Required: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

Required: Experience as a nursing assistant in an inpatient or long-term care setting within the last 3 years, or EMT, CNA or Surgical Technologist in the past 3 years, or Completed an Unlicensed Assistive Personnel Program within the past 3 years, or Completed fundamentals of nursing course with clinical in accredited professional or practice nursing program, or completion of 90 days in the Apprenticeship position.
