Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for oversight of Nursing Assistants (NA) and will be perform human resource functions such as onboarding, scheduling, and corrective actions for the NA team who work various hours. Hours may vary to meet the needs of the team. The Supervisor communicates with the patient care team and leaders to ensure safe care for CoxHealth’s patients. The Supervisor will assist with direct patient care when necessary under direction of nursing staff.

Required: One year experience as a nursing assistant
